NOTES FROM PATIENTS CURED BY YOGA TREATMENT.
Sri. Krishnan - Bhuvanagiri
(weakness, passion, anger disbelief in God’s existence all Vanished)
 My name is Krishnan. I was 26 years old then. Among the many who got yoga treatment by the Yogacharya, I was also one. By nature I was a weaking, body-heat, excess passion, jealousy, loose tempered; above all disbelief in the existence of God. I tried allopathic as well as Ayurvedic medicines, injections etc. but the disease became severe. My healthy body and my mind also got spoiled. Naturally intelligence also got affected.
I used to tease devotees of God, Sadhus and religious heads and hurl on them and temple worship. I incurred the wrath of many people and earned sins. Body became heated and it resulted in cough and suffered on account of that. I wished to read the book “Ananda Rahasya” and bought the book. I went through the contents of the book several times. According to Yogacharya book “Diet & Digestion” I strictly adhered to his instructions and controlled my diet and observed discipline and practised his Aasanas in a small scale. Since the food was changed to vegetarian one (Satvika food) naturally, the intelligence also got cleared from bad ideas; gradually my mind got involved in devotion to God and faith in the^. I studied yogic cure deeply. I bought Gurudeva’s “Shanti Yoga” and read it with interest. After reaching, it had a wonderful effect on me namely I realised that the materialistic happiness cannot give us peaceful life as they are momentary not long lasting and so I wanted to lead a peaceful life.
Since I was practising Aasanas, Praanaayama, diet regulation, discipline, devotion to Guruji to the extent passible my intellect freed itself automatically from ^ and disbelief in God. It faced all the obstacles that faced me while practising the Aasanas with diet regulation and discipline. As a result of which I regained my health gradually.
Moreover, after reading carefully Guruji’s “Sandhya Gayatri Japa Yogam”, “Annarin Thiruvadi Malargal”, “Sundarodayam” (Rajayogam), Keerthanams etc. I am of the opinion that Guruji is not like any ordinary human being but an incarnation of God, who has come in the form of a human being to ^ the suffering humanity from hunger, diseases, desires and too much attachment in everything material and went to meet him personally with my family. When he appeared to me as an ordinary man of the civilized world. I had no illusion to worship him and requested him to bless me with happiness here and the other world too and to relieve me from all troubles. He blessed me and encouraged me by advising me to be steadfast in his attempts, as it is the main and important cause for achieving victory. Moreover he showed me the way to cross the ocean of sins and get real and everlasting happiness.
Sri. Ramier - Mehboob Nagar.
(Hydrocele, Piles, excess of fat - all cured successfully)
 Dear Guruji, I Ramier, your diciple after my prostrations to your goodselves through this letter. At present I am residing in a small village near Hyderabad. I belong to Palakkadu. I have come here for earning my livelihood. I am married. When I was 23, I was doing Aasanas. Afterwards owing to some inconveniences I stopped doing Aasanas.
After two years my health deteriorated and I suffered from piles and Hydrocele. I thought if I don’t start doing Aasanas now the situation may become worst. So I again started doing Aasanas, with determination and steadfastness. In a few months, Hydrocele disappeared. There was sign of cure in Piles also and I am sure that Piles also will get cured (1951). Recently I threw a challenge to a person the circumference of my stomach was 36 inches. I challenged that within two months I will reduce it by six inches and make it 30 inches and if I succeed in my attempt he should pay me Rs.25/-. If I could not succeed and fail I should pay him Rs. 30/-. The gentleman accepted the challenge. The fact was that he had no knowledge of Asana’s wonderful effects. As agreed I reduced the circumference to 30 inches. He gladly paid me Rs.25/-. I am sending this amount to your goodselves as an offering to my Gurudeva. I humbly request you to accept same. Please don’t refuse my humble offering. I have adorned my last child with your name
